The unit is built with an all-metal housing and an anodized surface, providing excellent corrosion resistance and strong wind cup resilience. The wind cups, made of a magnesium-aluminum alloy, use a proven mechanical connection, making the sensor suitable for various harsh industrial environments.
Its compact design integrates both wind speed measurement and an automatic heating function, simplifying on-site installation and maintenance. The sensor also features a fault-tolerant design, preventing damage from incorrect wiring.
Additional features include multi-level lightning and surge protection and the ability to operate across a wide voltage range.
